Shipping & Delivery
We ship Spacewarps around the world from our workshop in India.
Timeframe
Generally, a Spacewarp rug takes between five and six weeks to reach you, from the time you have placed the order. This is because we make them fresh, just for your space, rather than sending you something from a warehouse. In fact, we don’t even have a warehouse.
Tracking / Delivery
Once we have shipped your rug from our workshop, we will send you a tracking number over email. It usually takes five or six business days to reach an address within India.
Shipping Costs
If you are ordering from India, you pay nothing for shipping.
If you are based overseas, shipping is calculated based on where you are, and will be displayed before you make the payment. Please note that this does not include any Customs duties that may be charged by your country; you will need to pay this directly.
Cancellation / Returns
You can cancel your order within one business day of placing it, and get a full refund. However, once we have started making the rug, we cannot cancel the order as it is a custom piece that is made-to-order.
For the same reason, we also cannot accept returns. If you think your rug was damaged during shipping, please reach out to us and we will make things right.
